Our printing processes


 

One of our specialties is the full-surface printing of seating furniture using digital 4c dye-sublimation printing. Of course, this is also possible from just one piece. We use our robust high-performance polyester with a Martindale rating of over 100,000 abrasion cycles as the basis for this. This printing process in combination with our textile enables us to reproduce even highly detailed and photorealistic motifs in razor-sharp detail. The colors remain brilliant for a long time and do not fade even when washed.

At approx. 250 g/m², our textile is nice and soft, but can still withstand a lot. It has a special coating that saves you if something is spilled. Liquids simply roll off it. Even if the spill stays on the fabric a little longer, the waterproof coating on the reverse side won't let anything through.

Simply gigantic

We print the entire front of your beanbag with your design. The Big Lounger, for example, has a huge 140 x 180 cm surface area for you to freely design. That's a gigantic 2.5m²! You can then choose from one of our 15 standard colors for the back - from classic black to trendy and colorful!

We print the entire front and back of your beanbag with your desired motif. The complete Big Lounger, with its GIGANTIC 5m² surface area, is then available for your free design.

For seat cubes, pallet cushions and bench cushions, we print the entire surface on all sides.
