Printing process and data
We use dye-sublimation printing for the full-surface printing of our beanbags and lounge furniture to achieve the most detailed motifs possible, maximum color brilliance and first-class contour sharpness.
Your design is first applied to a transfer film and then vaporized into the textile under pressure and heat. The result is a color-intensive image that does not stand out noticeably. The print guarantees very high durability. It also prevents the designs from rubbing off or bleeding.
A production close to your Pantone, RAL or HKS colors is therefore possible, just contact us! In thermal transfer printing, it makes no difference whether your motif is created in 1c or 4c, as we generally print white textiles in CMYK and each print color is made up of CMYK accordingly.
Please embed all content in your print data and convert all fonts into paths. Very fine or small fonts should be avoided in order to maintain legibility. Easily legible fonts, such as Arial or Helvetica, should not be used in font sizes smaller than 12pt.
The maximum ink application should not exceed 300%. Please remember to use an appropriate profile when converting image data.
The resolution of pixel data should be between 100ppi and 150ppi. A higher resolution is not possible due to the fibers of the fabric. A significantly lower resolution leads to blurred edges or pixelated-looking parts of the image.
We check all submitted data for technical errors and produce a free 3D layout and a soft-proof for you before each production.

Products and care
Our textile made of 100% polyester with 250 g/m² feels pleasantly soft and yet is extremely robust. It has a virtually waterproof coating on the reverse and the "lotus effect" prevents liquids from penetrating and allows them to simply roll off. With a Martindale rating of 100,000 abrasion cycles, you can be sure that your lounge or cube will last a long time. Your furniture is therefore ideally suited for outdoor use.
All covers are flame-retardant (B1) and have OEKO-TEX® 100.
EPS beads: Expanded polystyrene better known as Styrofoam
We use EPS beads to fill our beanbags. The beads hug the silhouette of the body and offer first-class seating comfort. The virgin beads hold their shape much longer than shredded polystyrene, so you can enjoy our loungers for much longer!
EPS is environmentally friendly and can be recycled seven times. The material is harmless and is also used in the production of food packaging, as it is free from the banned flame retardant hexabromocyclododecane (HBCD).
The cores of our seat cubes are made of PUR foam.
We use a PolyURethane foam with a density of 28 kg/m³ and a compression hardness of 70 kPa. This mixture offers you good stability and high seating comfort. The cube core returns to its original shape even after prolonged use.
PUR foam is dust-free and toxicologically completely harmless. The foam is also OEKO-TEX® 100 certified.
Light stains can simply be wiped off with a damp cloth.
If this is not enough, you can machine clean all furniture covers, as the cover is easy to remove thanks to the separate inner bag or foam core.
Use a gentle wash program at 30°C when washing.
Attention: With repeated washing, the covers lose their water-repellent coating over time. A laundry can restore the protection by impregnating them.

The covers of our products are all interchangeable.
This means you can easily change the look of your lounge furniture without having to buy a completely new product. You can also purchase individual covers without filling or core from us or the reseller from whom you purchased your lounger or cube.

This consultation is free of charge for you. However, the creation of more complex data can be charged. In such a case, our sales team would of course contact you in advance.
We will be happy to help you with the logistical planning and execution of your order with higher quantities. With our experienced partners for individual shipments and large freight quantities, we can get your goods from A to B cost-effectively, quickly and in an environmentally friendly manner.
Due to the size of the parcel, we only ship our beanbags in small quantities with DHL. Please note that scheduled deliveries are not possible with this shipping method.
We offer the following cardboard packaging for individual shipments within Germany.
Our lounger packages measure 60 x 60 x 120 cm and weigh around 10 kg. For smaller loungers, we use pallet-friendly cardboard boxes measuring approx. 60 x 60 x 80 cm.
The packages of our cubes correspond to the respective product dimensions, whereby we pack several cubes of the same size in a larger cardboard box depending on the edition in order to save you shipping costs.

Interchangeable cover with separate inner bag
The beanbag or seat cube cover is available in a single color or with your own personal design. And it is interchangeable. This means that you can easily remove it from the inner bag, wash it or replace it with another cover in just a few simple steps. If you wish, you can also take the opportunity to adapt the inner bag, which is filled with wonderful EPS beads, to your sitting habits. Simply add filling material for a firmer, tighter fit or remove some of the filling material for a particularly flowing sitting experience. Sounds good? It is!
High-quality materials for long, relaxed sitting pleasure
Anyone who knows our beanbags knows how good it is to sit and lie on them. Most of the time you don't want to get up, you just want to flop around on it all the time. That's why we have chosen a beautifully soft yet particularly robust textile for the outer shell. We use our special high-performance polyester in all our premium lounge furniture to offer you the best comfort. At 250 g/m, it can withstand a lot and its high-quality coating also prevents liquids from getting inside. This means that our beanbags and beanbags cubes are also great fun to use as outdoor furniture for a long time. Should they ever get dirty: Simply remove the cover and pop it in the washing machine!
Premium quality filling material
Incredibly flexible, sensationally comfortable: each of our beanbags has a separate inner bag filled with wonderful EPS beads. These small beads flow around your body and always adapt to your sitting or reclining position, supporting your body and making sitting on the beanbag a highly comfortable experience.
EPS beads are made from environmentally friendly, recyclable, food-safe material and do not contain any questionable components such as the flame retardant HBCD (hexabromocyclododecane). They are also extremely robust and do not lose their shape as quickly as material shredded from polystyrene sheets, for example. If required, you can also buy this great filling material separately from us.
Washable covers
Our beanbags bring life to the room. And where there is life, sometimes things go wrong. That's why we use an easy-care textile for the outer shell that can easily withstand machine washing at 30°C. Simply remove the cover from the bag, pop it in the wash and look forward to a clean result.
