    What does dye-sublimation printing mean?

    We use dye-sublimation printing for the full-surface printing of our beanbags and lounge furniture.

    Your design is first applied to a transfer foil and then vaporized into the textile under pressure and heat. The result is a color-intensive image that does not stand proud noticeably. The print guarantees very high durability, even under high mechanical stress. It also prevents the designs from rubbing off or bleeding.

    Which textile is used?

    Our textile made of 100% polyester with 250 g/m² feels pleasantly soft and yet is extremely robust. It has a virtually waterproof coating on the back and the "lotus effect" on the front prevents liquids from penetrating and allows them to simply roll off. With a Martindale rating of 100,000 abrasion cycles, you can be sure that your Lounger or Cube will last a long time. Your furniture is therefore ideally suited for outdoor use. All covers are flame-retardant (B1), REACH-compliant and OEKO-TEX® 100.

    How do I care for my products properly?

    Light stains can simply be wiped off with a damp cloth.

    If this is not enough, you can machine wash all covers, as the cover is easily removable thanks to the separate inner bag or foam core. When washing, use a gentle wash program at 30°. The covers lose their water-repellent coating with repeated washing. A laundry can restore the protection by impregnating it. Please do not wash the covers with other textiles and remove the filling before washing.

    Which filling is used?

    We use fresh EPS beads to fill our beanbags. The beads nestle into the silhouette of the body and offer first-class seating comfort. EPS is environmentally friendly as it consists of 99% air and can be recycled seven times. The material is harmless and is also used in the production of food packaging. Our EPS is flame-retardant, but free from the banned flame retardant hexabromocyclododecane (HBCD).

    What is PUR foam?

    The cores of our seat cubes are made of PUR foam.

    We use a "PolyURethane" foam with a density of 28 kg/m³ and a compression hardness of 70 kPa. This mixture offers you good stability and high seating comfort. The cube core returns to its original shape even after prolonged use. PUR foam is dust-free and completely toxicologically harmless.
